Having grown up in Anderson County, Gail Trotter knows every nook and cranny of the county and upstate she so loves. Graduating from Wren High School and attending Anderson College prepared her for her journey through her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Architectural Space-Planning, and Interior Design from the University of Georgia. Using her God-given talent, as well as her Degree, Gail gained valuable experience working in the Interior Design market in Georgia and South Carolina for companies like Davis Kloss Design Firm, and Morris and Associates Design Firm. Gail also worked exclusively as a kitchen and bath designer, therefore knows a functional kitchen when she walks into a home. Her customer service skills were honed by working to set up call centers with WebMD and In-Touch Ministries; and, her management focus was further developed through employment with large corporations like CIBA Vision and AT&T. Gail launched her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Hugh Durham and Associates, where she is surrounded with fifty plus years of real estate experience and professionalism. With a personable and caring spirit, she embraces her clients and their needs during the entire process of buying or selling. She exudes professionalism, efficiency, and the highest ethics in all of her real estate dealings.
Gail specializes in residential sales including individual home sales, on site sales, and buyer representation. Gail's genuine concern, and unrelenting focus, while walking her clients through one of life's most important decisions, has created lifetime relationships throughout her career.
Gail is an active member in her community through The Anderson Chamber of Commerce, Anderson County Arts Center, Western Upstate Realtors Association and National Association of Realtors . Being an active member and volunteer at her church brings her much joy, and she also enjoys the arts as well as staging homes, and interior design. Having no children of her own, she dotes on her wonderful nieces and nephews. Family is very precious in Gail’s life, thus she strives to achieve both balance and quality in all that she does.
